As a Renewal Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing success and satisfaction of our valued clients. This role will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving renewal rates, and maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities through user adoption. This position requires a proactive and customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of our product offerings and clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and execute the renewal process and serve as a primary contact for existing clients
  • Proactively engage with clients to secure renewals and minimize churn
  • Understand clients' business objectives and align our solutions to meet their needs
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client base
  • Monitor renewal timelines and proactively address any potential issues or concerns
  • Work diligently with customer to drive adoption throughout organization which maps to terms of the contract
  • Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and finalize renewal contracts
  • Conduct regular health checks and performance reviews to ensure clients are achieving their desired outcomes
  • Analyze renewal metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product development, to ensure alignment in customer strategies
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to address any client concerns and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of our solutions
  • Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, working closely with support and technical teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges to customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, customer success, sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in account management, renewal management, or customer success within the B2B SaaS space
  • 1-2 year’s experience in the Cybersecurity or security space is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and customer lifecycle management
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for building long-term relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD  [$120,000.00 OTE] to [$170,000.00 OTE] per year. PlexTrac utilizes different base pay ranges for different work localities, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently based on their home market. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the specific applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s work location. In addition to a candidate’s work location, an individual’s base pay will also depend on a number of factors, such as complexity and responsibility of the posted role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

 

At PlexTrac, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and equity options. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
