The Senior Professional Services Consultant will advance business objectives for a diverse customer base by ensuring the successful delivery, adoption, and optimization of our social service software solutions. This role requires more than just meeting contractual service requirements and service level agreements; it involves a consultative, client-centered approach to provide professional service packages that empower our customers' staff to be experts in Findhelp solutions. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnostics to identify business needs and deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic consulting, project management, and industry-specific expertise in non-profits, social services, and healthcare.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Drive Findhelp Adoption and Business Objectives
- Facilitate the adoption of software and professional services to help clients achieve their business goals.
- Collaborate with clients to set clear, achievable goals and milestones for the delivery, adoption, and optimization of our social service software solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements.
- Set clear expectations regarding Findhelp solutions and the outcomes clients can anticipate.
- Provide comprehensive documentation that outlines service deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Train key stakeholders on Findhelp solutions to empower customer staff.
- Strategic Consulting
- Leverage deep industry knowledge to advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions.
- Offer subject matter expertise in community engagement strategies for nonprofits and social service agencies, including constituency building, collaborative governance, and social service payment models.
- Drive the integration of technology, people, and processes to create high quality programs
- Employ a client-centered methodology to co-create tailored solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Set, track, and achieve defined goals for consulting tasks and projects
- Project Management
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Provide leadership, direction and oversight to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with state government officials, lobbyists, nonprofit executives, program managers, and healthcare executives.
- Conduct workshops and training programs tailored to the client’s needs to enhance their understanding and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Engage with state officials, legislatures, lobbyists, and nonprofit executives to advance the company's positioning in assigned regions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education and Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in building strategic relationships at local, county, and state levels.
- Proven experience working directly with or closely with government agencies, healthcare organizations, or non-profits.
- Experience in program management, including planning, implementation, change management, and performance measurement.
- Preferable experience in technology implementations or rollouts.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Superior communication skills, including presentation, written, and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including the C-suite.
- Expertise in business strategies for nonprofits and social service agencies.
- Ability to integrate technology, people, and processes to create high-quality programs.
- Capable of working with minimal direction to achieve goals.
- Team player who is dedicated, professional, and committed to meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Interest in social determinants, organizational innovation, social enterprise, healthcare, community organizations, governmental groups.
$105,000 - $132,000 a year
The compensation for this position will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
