We have a unique opportunity for an energetic, smart, business minded individual who is looking to join an entrepreneurial healthcare company, impress our valued health plan partners, and help change the lives of the patients we serve. The position is remote, with a preference for someone in the eastern half of the United States and is responsible for overseeing a wide range of external and internal reporting focused on our work in support of our health plan partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-pressure environment, be familiar with healthcare, and be driven by our values of delivering to clients and executing at a high level. He or she will be a dynamic team player with an outgoing personality that understands the importance of collaboration and communication. Over time, this individual may oversee one or more Business Analysts in supervising the production of weekly and monthly presentations and reports, as well as a range of ad hoc reporting across multiple company departments. We are looking for a hard worker who is detail oriented and is excited by the opportunity to work for a company that values and rewards hard work, but that also prioritizes rewarding that hard work and having fun.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the creation of client presentation materials to share the good work and results of our team, using data to create a compelling impact story
- Oversee the development of external and internal weekly and monthly reporting to gauge current performance and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare colleagues for external meetings to ensure that a strong understanding of the highlights and challenges based on the most recent data
- Create and present analyses to executive leadership at the company that highlight the partnership opportunities for prospective clients to work with Upward Health
- Serve as subject matter expert for data and reporting, communicating with leaders across the company about the insights and implications of data
- Complete ad hoc analyses at the request of colleagues across departments, while helping them to better understand how to extract data and create similar analyses in the future
- Collaborate with Technology colleagues to translate business requirements and enhanced automated processes
- Work directly with the company’s Senior Leadership Team on ad-hoc research projects and important initiatives
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

- Strong technology skills and ability to master working across a range of software programs, including Microsoft Office applications (especially proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint), Jira, and various clinical applications (EHR, care management system)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends when required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from highly selective university required, master’s degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of work experience, including time in the healthcare services field
- Demonstrated experience working closely with C-level executives at a high-growth company
