Summary:
AllerVie is hiring an experienced RN to become part of our growing care team! We are looking for candidates with a great attitude, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous allergy. internal medicine, or critical care experience a plus. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Gather and assess patient information by physical assessments and review 
  • Supports Physician and Nurse Practitioner in all clinical aspects of allergy care
  • Perform Allergy Skin Testing and Injections, Pulmonary Function Tests, and additional clinical skills
  • Educate patients on procedures, therapies, and medications 
  • Maintain proper documentation in patient charts
  • Complete routine clinical tasks to support medical providers
  • Handle all administrative and medical related duties in a timely manner
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
 
Required Skills/Abilities: 
  • Respiratory and Allergy experience is a plus
  • Excellent clinical skills and judgement, comprehensive knowledge of disease states
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to use EMR and other required technology
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 
Education and Experience:
  • Associate's/Vocational/Technical Schooling
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of related experience required
  • Licensed Registered Nurse
 
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
