Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team to help rollout a remote patient monitoring device program to clinically appropriate patients in need of the benefits RPM provides, as well as review spirometry data for patients who are already using an at-home digital spirometer. Our RPM program empowers patients and providers with engaging solutions to efficiently monitor and manage health. We partner with and award-winning portable spirometry device vendor whose technology tracks daily lung health, while equipping providers with real-time, accurate data. Patients can now take control of their lung health, while providers have the opportunity to deliver higher-quality care, propelled by accurate remote monitoring.

Essential Job Duties:

- reviewing and analyzing spirometry data
- ensuring patient compliance
- coaching patients
- collaborating with team members to help manage patient data
- communicating with patients' providers as needed.
- Candidates must be willing to take on many different responsibilities and be comfortable calling patients to discuss how our RPM program can personally benefit them.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare customer service, scheduling, or program management, and hold a current CRT or RRT license in good standing with the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Background with spirometry monitoring, data, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using business technology (e.g. - medical practice scheduling systems, call center software, phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Multi-state licensure is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to customer service.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to patient needs effectively.
Education and Experience:
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited Respiratory Care Program
- 3+ year of experience in Respiratory Therapy, current Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist license in state of practice.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
