Job Description

The Director, Patient Support Recruitment & Marketing is tasked with managing the Recruitment Project Managers, Site Support Team, Enrollment Team and Marketing Team who support the growth of our current and future service lines, and engagement with new and recurring clients. This position is also responsible for regularly reporting on key performance metrics that support businesses line growth and ROI.

RESPONSIBILITES
Oversight of Marketing Functions & Strategy
·Provides oversight, leadership, and direction to the patient services teams.
·Gives the team the support needed to provide clients with marketing and creative expertise by building, developing and managing a marketing team capable of carrying out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics to support the scope of services while maintaining project margins.
·Spearhead the development of marketing plans and the strategies, tactics, and resources necessary to achieve business goals for each client.
·Manage contractual obligations and modifications.
·Establish and implement short and long term goals for departments
·Marketing & Sales integration strategies
·Host strategy meetings for new service lines, ensuring the vision of the department is upheld
Team Leadership & Development
·Team leader for internal marketing, graphic design, and sales collaboration
·Hosting weekly team meetings
·Staying up to date on day to day needs and content
·Assisting with running technologies that support our marketing automation platform, refine automation of inbound lead process through Salesforce lead generation, and improve automation of analytics to review key sales data, per campaign
·Acting as liaison between marketing and sales with the goal of having the teams work together to push out more content on service lines when needed
·Oversee the coordination of several annual conferences through planning, logistics, & ROI reporting
·Implementing trainings and educational / conference opportunities to support employee growth and providing support to each individual as needed
Public Relations & Communications
·Optimize a functional team workflow of processes to efficiently execute marketing tactics and daily tasks between all team members
·Supervise the planning and development of client marketing and communications materials
·Work with Director of the Graphic Design team in understanding day to day needs of the department
Collaboration with Sales Team
·Assist in directing and coordinating company sales and marketing through proposal creation and review
·Understand all buyers (site and sponsors) services offered by Elligo in order to develop effective marketing and sales techniques designed to reach potential clients
·Track the ROI of marketing and sales strategies using Salesforce and other technologies
·Maintain KPIs for internal marketing and impact on sales
·Identify improvements and strategy planning for future
Reporting Analysis and Improvements
·Report division revenue generated by marketing tactics, and campaign performance updates to management
·Manage project margins on awarded work in keeping with corporate targets
·Manage budget for Patient Recruitment & Marketing department
·Ensure the department is keeping up with the advancing marketing trends, and needs of the industry by researching competitors, performing industry-related research in order to enhance services for Elligo and clients
 
IV. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
·Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, marketing, communications or related field from a 4-year college, university or design school
·A minimum of 7 years professional experience in patient recruitment marketing, creative direction, advertising or communications field; 10 years preferred
·Deep understanding of integrated B2B marketing functions, budgeting and business management
·Familiarity with the clinical research industry is required
·Comprehension of visual aesthetics for application of both print and web projects
·Ability to lead project teams and provide clear design direction and insight
·Previous experience overseeing multiple marketing and sales employees and/or teams preferably in a B2B setting
·Prior experience working with marketing automation software (preferably HubSpot; Marketo, Pardot etc.)
·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and effectively deliver information on clients and prospective clients
·Highly organized, with a sharp focus on project deadlines, timelines, budgets
·Proficient in managing projects, delegation of assignments, managing a team’s time, staffing and utilization of resources
·Ability to represent company at leadership affairs

WORKING CONDITIONS 
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work a minimum of 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
