Looking for the opportunity to be customer-facing and help ensure successful adoption of our products? You’ll have the opportunity to perform analysis, participate in customer working sessions, and collaborate as a member of a cross-functional team to help ensure that we’re providing our customers with the best possible products to meet their needs!
 

A Day in the Life

    • Perform in-depth data analysis to understand each customer’s unique business needs and identify opportunities to provide additional insights / perspective
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new customers, troubleshoot customer-facing issues, and test new product features and/or fixes
    • Provide ongoing support to existing customers, including quickly responding to customer questions, monitoring user adoption, and participating in customer calls
    • Build credibility and relationships with customers
    • Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Who You Are

      • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials required (Engineering, Economics or Business preferred)
      • 2+ years of customer‐facing experience in technology, customer success, or consulting  
      • Data analysis whiz who is passionate about using data to solve challenging business problems (proficiency in Excel a must, SQL preferred) 
      • Prior experience collaborating with customers to drive meaningful change in their organizations
      • Intellectually curious, pushing yourself to learn and grow in new areas
      • Proven ability to proactively manage multiple commitments and tasks across multiple customers 
      • Set a high standard for your work and hold yourself accountable for achieving those standards
      • Excel on a highly collaborative team with a diverse set of backgrounds and perspectives
