About the Role:

At Trilliant Health, we help healthcare leaders make smarter, data-driven decisions in an increasingly complex market. We’re looking for a Healthcare Strategy Analyst who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights—and confidently communicate those insights to executive-level clients.

In this role, you won’t just analyze data—you’ll shape strategy. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to clients, helping them identify opportunities, understand market dynamics, and make decisions that directly impact performance and growth. We’re most interested in how you think, communicate, and solve problems.

Are you:

• An analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex business problems and turning data into a story that people can act on?
• From healthcare consulting, finance, operations, analytics, business intelligence, or another data-driven healthcare environment?
• Equally comfortable working in the data and talking about what the data means?
• Able to build an analysis, identify the key insight, create an executive-ready presentation, and confidently explain your recommendations to senior leaders and clients?
• Curious, intellectually engaged, and comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions, and digging deeper when the data doesn’t tell the whole story?
• Comfortable taking ownership of your work, managing multiple priorities, and operating independently while collaborating effectively across teams?

What Does That Look Like?

Client Strategy & Advisory

• Partner directly with healthcare executives and other client stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities.
• Translate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable recommendations through a compelling narrative that communicates the “so what” behind the data.
• Lead client discussions around market dynamics, performance, growth opportunities, and strategic priorities.
• Build trusted relationships by bringing thoughtful insights—not simply reporting results.

Analysis & Insight Generation

• Analyze and validate large, complex healthcare datasets, including proprietary and external data sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks that can inform strategic decisions.
• Develop analyses and models that answer both client questions and broader business challenges.
• Connect quantitative findings to the operational and financial realities of healthcare organizations.

What Makes You a Strong Fit?

• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another data visualization platform.
• Experience with healthcare claims, financial, operational, or market data.
• Experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare technology, hospital operations, or performance improvement.
