The Role

As a Sales Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the presales organization, translating customer requirements into solution aligned demonstrations.

This role supports RFP driven sales motions by analyzing documented customer requirements and enabling accurate solution representation through demos and sandbox environments. Requirements are defined through RFPs and RFIs as well as discovery calls.

Key Responsibilities

Support RFP and RFX responses using prior SaaS and domain experience as well as Malbek product knowledge.

Translate customer requirements into solution aligned demonstrations and configured use cases.

Builds and maintain demo, sandbox, and trial environments for presales purposes.

Validate feasibility, scope, and configuration approaches during the sales cycle

Ensure proposed solutions align with post sale delivery realities

Stay current on Malbek functionality and roadmap

Required Qualifications

Three or more years of experience in CLM

Three or more years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles

Three or more years of experience responding to RFPs

Demonstrated ability to analyze and translate customer requirements

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively with a geographically dispersed team

Availability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours
