Human Resources Generalist

Full Time, Exempt | Human Resources | Hybrid | Frisco, TX

About the Role

As our HR Generalist, you'll be a key connector across the employee lifecycle, supporting everything from onboarding and offboarding to policy, compliance, and day-to-day employee questions. You're detail-oriented, approachable, and comfortable being the go-to person employees trust for consistent, accurate answers.

What You'll Own

  • Coordinate and manage HR programs, including engagement surveys, new hire pulse checks, and performance review cycles
  • Manage offboarding activities, ensuring accurate and timely termination documentation
  • Maintain and update SOPs and HR document repositories
  • Administer HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
  • Provide Tier 1 employee relations support, addressing routine questions and concerns
  • Maintain personnel files and Certificates of Training (COTs) in line with legal and regulatory standards
  • Manage internal HR communication platforms like SharePoint, keeping content current and accessible
  • Support the Compliance department with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4+ years of experience in a generalist or HR support role
  • Familiarity with HR laws and best practices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a healthcare organization
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
  • Experience with internal communication tools (SharePoint, Teams)

Work Setup
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Occasional travel to healthcare facilities or offices as needed.
