We are seeking a Senior Associate, Finance & Strategy to take real ownership of FP&A, operational analysis, and strategic initiatives at a PE-backed healthcare platform. What You'll Own - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across markets and service lines
- Build and maintain reporting that gives leadership clear visibility into financial and operational performance
- Analyze practice-level data to surface inefficiencies, gaps, and growth opportunities
- Partner directly with senior leadership on strategy, market expansion, and ad hoc analysis
- Support acquisition evaluation and board-level financial presentations
- Grow over time into payer strategy, contracting analysis, and deal-adjacent work
What We're Looking For - 3 to 5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills, this is non-negotiable
- Strong analytical instincts, you can move from raw data to a clear point of view
- Genuine growth mindset, you want to expand your scope, not just execute a defined job
- Preferred: healthcare, PE-backed platform, or M&A exposure
